Need help with user who doesn't receive the verification email and the invitation email

Hello, I have a user who does not get an invite email to our tenant when I invite them, nor do they receive an email when they log into their account (which was created outside of our tenant here at corporate) I have tried using a different PC, one not company issued with no luck.
