How can I find if Box still even has my account?

I have tried multiple times over the past few years to reset my password.  I have checked spam/junk, etc.  My account was with my university/SSO and the university switched to Dropbox.  I thought I did all the conversion and saving, etc. to make mine a personal account, so I am trying to determine whether it still exists.
