Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist!
Looks like your error lies in one of your collaborated folders. You should reach out to the folder owner as the latter have reached his/her storage limit.
To determine the folder owner:
- Open the appropriate folder.
- You will see a list of collaborators in the right-hand sidebar.
- Click a collaborator's name to to view all the collaborators in this folder and look for the owner.
