Transfered content is not available

The last Monday we transfer all content from an account (XXXX@tortugaresorts.com.mx) to (XXXX@rodina.com.mx) this process has made by the admin account from the Box Console. But the files that was added to the folder “user as files and folders” is appearing as empty.
Yesterday when we try to check the status appear as transferring, but today still appearing as empty.
Now, the account transfered XXXX@tortugaresorts.com.mx has been deleted after the transfer process, how we can recover it?
