All files, except the shared folders, have disapperead. The storage shows no memory being used.

All my files in the Box folder (app and web) have disappered suddenly and they are not it trash. Please let me know how I can retrieve them. 

I have tried logging out and checking several times by refreshing folders. Nothing seems to work.
