Can't link Box Drive to my account

I keep trying to log into Box Drive and it sends me into an endless loop of logging into Box Drive. I try to log into Box drive and it opens a webpage for me to log into my account. I log into my account and then it opens up Box drive to have me log in. I click on log in and it sends me back to the web page to log into Box drive, and it just repeats like that over and over again. I have tried to reset Box Drive and it doesn't work.

  Did you follow these exact steps to reset your Box Drive application? Also, what is the Operating System running in your machine and your current Box version?

  I tried those exact steps and I am still having issues with the Box Drive application.

  Box Drive version is 2.41.226.0

  Operating system - windows 10
