Cannot Access Box files - deleted user account

Our director quit unexpectedly and I have a team of 50+ people that need access to all of the files she owned under her account. It was unexpected, so we had no idea we'd lose access to all of our work. How do we gain access to our documents, and folders? PLEASE ADVISE. Super urgent that we recover these documents and 5+ years of work. Thank you!
