Email Verification is not being sent
完了We have a new user we've just set up under SSO with our company Box account. He's getting this message upon logging in that he needs to verify his email before accessing his account. When I log in as admin, and click on his account, and log in as user, I also see the message that he needs to verify his email before accessing his account.
Only problem, no email arrives, no matter how many times we click, "Resend email." I've checked his spam and junk folders. I've checked our Proofpoint email security logs. I've clicked the Mail Trace in the Exchange logs, no indication that any email even was sent out, or received, by the email in question.
We have tried removing the account and re-adding the account, but it is not allowing him to verify his email at all, because the email isn't even being sent out. And, yes, we did verify the spelling on the account.
