Not receiving uploads
回答済みClients are uploading documents and I am not receiving any notifications nor am I seeing any files being uploaded.

Please make sure that the email notification for "upload" is enabled in your account or folder settings.
Account Settings:
The Notification tab is where you configure what you get notified for and how to get notified.
The Email Notifications section is where you define which Box events you get notified for. For both folders you own and folders you've joined (in which you are a collaborator), you can get notified for:
- Downloads
- Uploads
- Comments (the default is selected for folders you own)
- Previews
- Deletes (the default is selected for folders you own)

Folder Settings
The folder settings page enables you to control the actions possible within a specific folder, and modify the default settings to better suit your needs.
Determines who receives notifications as the result of events in this folder. Select from:
- Use my default notification settings - To receive notifications according to your notification preferences in your Account Settings.

Override default settings for this folder and all subfolders - To set custom notification preferences for the folder. If enabled, also select:
- Disable all email notifications for all collaborators - To disable all email notifications for this folder and all subfolders, and also disable the ability to select notification events. Only Owners and Co-Owners can select this option.
- Which events in the folder and sub-folders will generate notifications (available only when Disable all email notifications for all collaborators is disabled), from:
- Previews
- Downloads
- Uploads
- Deletes (selected by default)
- Adds a comment (selected by default)

Kindly confirm with your colleagues or clients if they have uploaded the files to the correct folder.
