Box Preview Not Loading Correctly
回答済みHi, uploading video files and they are blurry when previewing on Box. No issues with the file- it's clear and crisp when viewing locally on my computer. A 12 MB file uploads as a 12 MB file, however it's blurry when previewing as if the quality has been compressed. I have previously never had this issue. No issues with my internet connection.

Video preview is available only to Business level Box accounts, and above. Free or personal users can preview video files owned by these accounts.
