Uploaded files missing

Hi all,

 

I have a problem.  When I uploaded a folder, it seems that Box did not capture every single file inside, ending up with the missing files.  Even though the upload progress bar has already completed and the uploaded folder shows the same size meaning all files inside has been uploaded. Please kindly advise.

  Same problem here - tried it a few times and had similar problem without any notice/error.  Strange
