Safari 13, preview is not playing

In Safari 13 the box player is not loading. The player shows the loading indicator and stops before playing.

Same code works in Safari 12.

The error returned is:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()
https://cdn01.boxcdn.net/platform/preview/third-party/media/1.33.0/shaka-player.compiled.map

 

Does anyone have the same issue or knows what is missing here?

  Hi @Parkside - is this in the web preview using the Box web application (*.box.com) or are you using a developer tool like the Preview SDK? If the latter, can you please specify the particular tool and version you're using?

  Hi @dandennhardt,
  thank you for the reply. The cause was that we had an older Preview SDK version. An update to the latest one fixed the issue.
