Hello Box team,

I would like to know which account should I contract in order to be able to have acces to direct links for my files as I need to share them with a third party company that will be downloading them automatically on a daily basis.

Personal Pro? Starter? Business? Business Plus?

I currently have a personal free account and the link it generates doesnt work because it makes you go through the app.

  Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post in the forum!

  Direct link is a premium feature, so it's available to all paying accounts including Personal Pro, Business, Etc. Users can find the direct link when they open a shared link and click "Link Settings". Box displays here some a list of link settings.
