If I share a file by link, can people see my personal data?

I want to make an open, shared link (everyone, even not registered people can view and download) but I am worried to know if they can see my personal data (photo, name, company...), especially random people who can access the file. I have been looking but have not found anything about it. Thank you for your time.

  Hi there,

  Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post in the forum!

  Sharing a link of a single file should be alrighty and should not disclose your personal information, however when you share a link of a folder, details such as as "Item owner, Enterprise/ Company owner, Uploader/ creator, modified and created date" will be visible to others.
