Download a large folder from a shared link
Hello,
My colleague shared a very large folder with a shared link. I tried to download the folder after I opened the shared link but it is too large and the website says the "The selected item(s) exceed the download size limit." So I was wondering if there is a way that I can clone this the folder to my local computer?

Welcome to the Box Community and thanks for your post in the forum!Shared links only allow you to download contents in a folder and anything that is inside of it, so copying or cloning the folder to your computer is not possible. You have to manually download the contents and I suggest doing it in batches of small size folder if you are hitting an error with download size limit.
Bulk download in Box is dependent on the max file size upload limit for the Account type in total. see: Understand the Max File Size You Can Upload to Box
