    Hey Frank,

    Thanks for your post in the Box Community!

    If you would like to download all your contents in Box, there are a few options for you:

    • Bulk download folders using the download button from Box web app
    • Download using FTP
    • Download using Box desktop apps such as Box Sync or Box Drive and copy the contents outside of your Box Folder.

    Is there a way to bulk download all user content via FTP as an Admin?  Without having to login to each individual user's account?

    Welcome to the Box Community!

    To answer your follow-up question on this post, the FTP will only show the content of the user logging in. There is not an equivalent to the content manager in the FTP. You would need to log into each individual user's accounts via FTP to see their content.
