My bOX is not starting

i need help, since few week my box is not starting on my mac mini.
here it is the mesage that appears """

Yes, I have been having the same problem for a month. I have restarted, I have reinstalled Box plugin and Box tools.

Nothing is working and I don't have BOX tools on my MAC.
What is Box plugin?
I created ticket too, Just once I have been contacted and still nothing - it was a week ago.
