    Yes, I have been having the same problem for a month. I have restarted, I have reinstalled Box plugin and Box tools. 

    Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please first try restarting your computer. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.

    Nothing is working and I don't have BOX tools on my MAC.

    What is Box plugin?

    I created ticket too, Just once I have been contacted and still nothing - it was a week ago.
