My Box account says that my storage is full. The folder sizes are enormous in the browser application but when I sync everything locally the total size of all folders is much smaller. I suspect that it has something to do with all the versions of documents that have been saved. I already have reduced the number of versions to 5 from 25 but the problem isn't solved. Please help! My company cannot continue working without that being solved!

  The same thing keeps happening to me. The storage space does not restore despite clearing the drive completely, including trash.
