Files and Folders report never runs
Hi, so for some now (3 weeks) we cannot run the files and folders reports, with no users selected. No matter how many times we try and run it, it never appears. May be related to a recent ticket we raised, where we would run this same report once, and then it would keep running all by itself ever few hours, generating the same report.
Either way we are unable to report on the data in our Box environment, we can only run for individual users, which is slow and impractical to do this hundreds of times.

Folder and file report can take time to export depending on how much data is to be collected so we recommend giving it a day to allow to complete. If after 24hrs, it still have not exported, you could be running into scale issues.
There is a 10 million item limit on this report. If an organization has greater than 10 million items, the report will not run.
If you think this is the case for your organization, you would need to reach out to your assigned Customer Success Manage or CSM who can help request this type of report for you.
