    Same issue here. So is my monthly payment just good for a browser version of Box? If so my company will more than likely be leaving Box sooner than later unless this is resolved.

    I have the same issue. My box drive wasn't syncing properly so I deleted the Box app and all related files from my Macbook pro. I downloaded the new version (v 2.18.117) and after attempting to open the app the following message prompted: "You installed an older version of Box Drive on top of a newer version. Please install the latest version of Box Drive. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."

    Please help!

    Hi. I can't install Box on my Mac. "Box Drive's system extension failed to load. Please make sure it has been enabled in System Preferences > Security & Privacy and then restart your computer. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."

    I am having the same problem as everyone.  It say that the Box Drive's system extension failed to load.  But Box does not show up as an option under Security & Privacy for me to enable.  This is horrible.

    I am trying to download the app from the app store and cannot.   No one from support will talk to me and I have a seminar to attend and all the documents are in Box.   I cannot tell you have many attendees use a mac.  this is just ridiculous.
