Shared documents not appearing if customer hasn't previously signed up
Hi, I am using Box to allow customers to view documents. However if I send an email with a link to the file,and they haven't previously signed up to Box the documents do not show after they complete the sign up process. It appears the only way of resolving this is to resend the link using the share button, however my preference would be to send the link on the email. Any help appreciated

You'd want to make sure to set the correct Shared link access type of a shared link when you shared them to your customers.
If they do not have a Box account and want to access your shared file without having to sign up for one, you need to set the Shared link access to "People with the link".
- *People with the link: Anyone with the link can access the item and no Box account is required. For extra security, you can also set a password or expiration for the link, as well as restrict download and/or preview access for link viewers.
