Drag and drop not all files being added to box

Hi, 

When dragging and dropping files from file explorer, folders are being created correctly but files are not properly uploading to box within these folders. 

We are seeing this when out folder contains 80 files, spread out over 8 folders each containing 2 subfolders, yet when we drag one of the 8 folders one at a time, it works fine. 

We've seen it upload 33 files one time, 35 one time and 51 the next time, but will never upload all 80 files in one go. This was in firefox and in chrome. 

Similar upload was completed on 03/12 using the same process without any issues. Any ideas why this might be happening?

  Are any of these files open by you or anyone else?  Have you tried completely restarting the computer to ensure all apps are closed and then trying the copy?

  The files are not open and we have tried restarting PC. We are still having issues with multiple users.
