Issue with Error Message that states can't reach this page

When my users are trying to login to Sparrow.Box.com, they are receiving a message that states "It looks like the webpage at https://sparrow.account.box.com/login might be having issues, or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.  They aren't able to access it.  What does this mean?
