I have an external collaborator who cannot gain access due to 2FA not set up properly. As admin, I disabled 2FA a week ago in enterprise security settings for all external collaborators, but he still is getting the 2FA requirement when attempting to log in. 

How do I or the external collaborator reset 2FA and why isn't the enterprise setting of no 2FA required not being enforced?
