Switch Box account to private Box account

My University wants to disallow any private information on their bought Box faculty accounts. My 'corporate' Box account currently contains around 150 GB in 22,000 files, some of which might be called 'private'. The University now reserved the right to cancel any of their faculty's Box accounts instantly if anything 'private' is found. Without further notice they will delete any 'off' account and destroy all scientific data contained therein. Period ... Years of research data and conversation destroyed ... Same for e-mail accounts ...

I want to keep on working with Box in the same old way and need to set up a 200 GB privately paid Box account with the same data. How can I create such an account, how much would I have to pay privately for such an account? Yearly? Who can help me manage this transfer ? Thanks.
