Hello,
The account that I am about to invite to the organization is unable to pass multi-factor authentication.
Could you please let me know how to disable two-factor authentication?

  Since it's a login issue, please advise the affected user to open a new ticket and contact Box Support using this link. The link provided will allow you to open a ticket if you have trouble signing in.
