2FA / MFA reset
回答済みA user at my organization (not me) needs their 2FA reset so that they can access their account. The support steps on the login page indicate that if we need to reset or turn off 2FA, one needs to login first to do that. I think you see the problem with that approach. How can we get this accomplished?
