Reactivate a box account

I can't reactivate my free account, which I previously deleted.

When I tried to reactivate my free account, I received an error similar to the following:
There was an error processing your request. The account associated with this email is not eligible for online reactivation. Please contact our Billing Support team at +1 650 329 1210 or billing@box.com.

Please advise how to solve this problem. The problem is not with the account that is posting.
