    Is there really no way to open a support ticket with Box?  Can I get some confirmation that this post has even been read?

    No one has been in touch with me.  I've received no communications at all, and my support incident appears to have me mis-classified as "Support Subscription: Personal/Free User"

    I am not a Personal/Free user.  This is in regard to paid-for instances of Box.

    Please escalate this issue to someone who will provide me with a response.

  • For future reference, this is possible, and requires opening a support case with Box.  Also, in theory people with paid Box support should be able to open support cases directly.  My account was apparently misconfigured, so I was unable to open my own support case (nor could I contact support to get them to correct that issue).

    I maintain that the entire idea of these forums is pointless if the useful questions get redirected to private support cases, and no resolution is ever posted on the forum.  Hence, this post confirming that both multiple Entra configurations is possible, and support is supposed to be available.
