Hi, I am a student who subscribed to a free trial soley because when I requested my nike data files from nike, they sent me the wrong share link for your product. As if this isn't enough, despite cancelling the free trial immediately, today I got charged £518.40, which I simply cannot afford, especially for a product I do not use. Please refund this amount and cancel my account as I did cancel before my subscription ended.
