回答済みI’ve been able to sync files without issue, but there is one large file that will not sync. I continue to receive the following error message:
"Insufficient permissions to sync file."
Could you please review and advise on how to resolve this?

Hello,
Absolutely! The "Insufficient permissions to sync file" error usually points to a few common culprits. Let's break down the troubleshooting steps to resolve this.
1. Verify File Permissions on Your Local Machine:
Operating System (Windows):
Right-click on the file.
Select "Properties."
Go to the "Security" tab.
Check the "Group or user names" list. Ensure your user account is listed.
Select your user account and review the "Permissions" section.
Make sure you have "Read & execute," "Modify," and "Write" permissions.
If you lack necessary permissions, click "Edit," select your user account, and grant the required permissions.
Operating System (macOS):
Right-click (or Control-click) on the file.
Select "Get Info."
Expand the "Sharing & Permissions" section.
Verify your user account's permissions. It should have "Read & Write" access.
If necessary, click the lock icon (bottom right), enter your password, and change the permissions.
2. Check Cloud Storage Permissions:If you're syncing with a cloud service (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive), log in to your account through a web browser.
Navigate to the folder containing the file.
Check the folder's sharing settings. Ensure your account has the necessary permissions to modify or upload files within that folder.
If the folder is shared, verify that the owner of the folder has not changed your permissions.
