    Hi Daniel, 

    Welcome to Box Community and glad to assist! 

    Since Multi-Factor Authentication is enabled, even if you're successful in resetting the user's password you still need to authenticate through the user's MFA configuration. 

    What you can do right now is to figure out the End User's email account and MFA configuration so you could log in to the Box account.
