I tried to cancel my subscription 2 days after renewal because I have moved on to a much better service.  Box will not let you cancel if you are past the renewal date.  In my case, they can see I didn't use their service and is refusing to cancel my service for the entire year.  This if very poor customer service.  I do not recommend Box to anyone!
