Facing error in event fetch from Palo Alto XSOAR

Hello,

We are testing integration for Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR. As an admin of box if I create an event I can fetch event.

However if a co-developer creates an app as co-admin , we are unable to fetch event from his app even though integration is successful. 

Receiving error: Failed to execute test-module command. Error: Error in API call [403] - Forbidden {"type": "error", "status": 403, "code": "forbidden", "help_url": "http://developers.box.com/docs/#errors", "message": "Authorization Failed", "request_id"
