    Hi James Whitman, did you resolve this via a support ticket with Box? We're experiencing a similar issue at the moment. Box Sync, uploading and downloading through the browser, and Share Links we have generated have all stopped working, citing bandwidth and/or storage issues (mixture of messages).

    We can't find anything in our admin account for what our bandwidth usage or storage is, and generating admin Reports fail.

    Nathan Green No--we have not been able to resolve and its creating real problems. Our printer has the direct relationship with Box for all their clients and tried to get a resolution and they received a very vague response and no clarity about what triggered the problem, how to resolve it, or how to avoid it in the future. We really like Box but are looking at other alternatives that have a more responsive customer support capacity.
