We can use Disconnect & Reauthorize from Box Settings in salesforce.

How to do only Disconnect?

  Are you asking how to uninstall the package? Or what do you mean by disconnect? Here are the instructions on uninstalling.

  I mean one of salesforce user want to disconnect with his box user account in salesforce org.

  Ah! Now I get what you are saying. You can run a simple APEX script using this method - https://developer.box.com/guides/tooling/salesforce-toolkit/methods/#deleteuserassociation
