    Hi Viraj, 

    For urgent issues, I would reach out to our support

    It is likely an application setting is not checked appropriately or the authorization for the application is not complete. Support should be able to look into this.

    It looks like you have a free developer account, so you will not actually be able to file a support ticket.

    If you send me the client_id of the application, I can try to look into this later on today.

    It's been a while since I have updated  you with the client_id  of my custom app via email, as you have asked for it. So will you be able to solve my query?

    I have the issue that i have mentioned you earlier and i want some type of help on it. It's on urgent basis.
