Sort and filter by tags
I have several folders that I would like to all tag with the same tag, "NEW 2022" I tried this a few times and then expected to be able to filter and sort all the folders by those that are tagged this way. I don't see an option in the filter to filter by tag and don't see a way to sort all my folders by tag? What then is the benefit of tagging if you can't use it as an organizational methor?

Box has a secure index for content much like the index in the back of a textbook. Every time a file or folder is changed, we add those words to the index in a process called indexing. When you conduct a search, we look in the search index for files and folders that match your query. When content is added, updated, or deleted in Box, we will update the search index accordingly.
It can take time for a newly added or modified content to be fully indexed and ready to be searched. In most cases, you can expect newly added or changed files to be available via Box search in 10 minutes. The current service load determines the index time and it may take more than 10 minutes in some cases.
Can you try your search again using tags and see if they are now showing?
If things still don't function as expected, I would recommend submitting a support ticket to https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/requests/new so they team can help further investigate and troubleshoot this issue.
