Have removed tens of GBs of old file versions, still my account is full...?
I use Box Edit a lot, hitting Ctrrl+S regularly. This creates a lot of versions of the same file, and now my 100 GB storage space has filled up. So three days ago I manually removed many, many old versions of many files, in total removing tens of GBs, but still my account shows as "Storage Used: 100.0 GB of 100.0 GB".
Should my removal of old versions not have reclaimed at least some storage space by now? What can I do?

Hi Martin,
Welcome to the Box Community!
Have you checked out this related article here, this may be related to the issue you encounter?
The next step will require you to contact Box Support to help you directly and reset your storage count.
I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you, please check your email for details.
Thanks for your patience!
Best,

Thank you.
The problem is now solved.
Maybe that code that is run manually by the support agent to reclaim deleted storage could be run automatically whenever a user removes files and folders? I actually thought that this was going to happen, which was why I waited three days to post this question.
