SSO Feature not avaialabale in my account
I am not seeing any sso settings provision to enable single sign on for or enterprise account

Welcome to the Box Community!
You may not have the necessary permissions to access the SSO configuration on your Box organization
You would have to be Primary Administrator of your organization to be able to manage and configure SSO for your Box (Managed users with co-admin and group admin permissions are not allowed to set up or configure SSO.)
