Files all gone
Hi,
It’s been a while since I accessed my Box folder and when I checked today, all my files are gone. There’s also none in the Trash folder. However, when I checked my Account Settings, it shows that I have used 12GB out of 53GB.
Does anyone have an idea how I can view / recover those files? TY!

Sorry to hear about the missing contents, I'll do my best to help!
Is this folder collaborative or are you the only one who has access to it? If its collaborated, its possible that one among your collaborators may have deleted or moved those contents. The best option would be to reach out to your Box Admin (if you are part of a Business and higher plans) and request that they can run a User Activity Report on contents that you lost in that folder
I also recommend using the filters in Trash when you are search for 'Items I own" and "Items I deleted" in case the contents have been deleted.

Hi Team.
Until last month I had access to this link and now it is missing. We have saved lot of data in this folder.
Not sure how was the owner, as I am new to this role and the link was given to me by the previous FA.

Just got back to work after 2 weeks and the Box folder on my local machine (M1 Mac Mini) is gone!! Just gone.
All the data is still in the cloud, but gone on my local machine. Seems to be a lot of complaints about this? What has happened and why???
These were several shared and alos not-shared folders in the Box/ folder. Super irritating.
