Box External User never got an invite
Hello,
Is there a special place or procedure how to initially invite a new External User to a Box folder?
I added an External User to a folder (via a Share) and thought they would automatically get an invite but they didn't - why Not?
because I am still on my trial account???

Have the external user checked his spam filter or other email folders?
If they can't find the email notification from Box anywhere on their account, please go ahead and open a case with the Product Support team so they can check the affected email address(es).
