User's Name Change (UPN and Email Address)
I have a user who's name has changed. We want to change their UPN and Email address. We use SSO for Box. My Questions:
1. Do I need to create a new user with their new username?
2. How do I make sure she still has access to her folders and those shared with her in the company?
3. I want it to be seamless for the user, is there anything else I need to do?
