    Welcome to the Box Community!

    If a former employee's Box is not longer showing on your managed user's list in the Admin console, it's likely that the account was already deleted.

    If you are able to run reports in your organization, you may run a User Activity report to see who among your Box Admins (Admin or Co-admin) deleted the user's Box and confirm if they transferred that user's contents to someone else.
