Not receiving confirmation email
Hi,
I'm using box with office emal management and my new users are not receiving any confirmation emails where is this black listed on box or office? Can someone Help? Thanks

Have you users check their spam/ junk or other email folder?
If they have, can you make sure that your email provider or firewall is not blocking these email notifications from Box.
