    We apologize for the inconvenience with accessing excel files, it appears there have been other users who are experiencing the same issue that you've reported. 

    We've reached out to Microsoft and the issue should now be resolved.

    Please try accessing/ opening your excel files again and if you are still having issue, please go ahead and submit a ticket on this page and a support representative will reach out to you to further investigate and help troubleshoot the issue.

    Was told by a Box support agent that it is an issue with Microsoft, and specifically Excel. If anyone is still having the issue, you should be able to download the files you need and view/edit them normally.
