ESign Request To Mutually Exclusive Recipients And Form File Naming
Hello All,
I'm investigating Box Sign capability like its simplicity. However, I have an use case which I am not yet able to figure out the correct way to approach it.
I would like to create a form to be signed by hundreds of recipients but they all will sign at the same location on the form. I don't want to manually create one sign request per recipient. This is a generic agreement form to be signed by all recipients, one recipient per form, but I want to be able to track who have signed. Also, I would like to be able to know which signed form belong to whom without have to open it up. I wonder if there is a way to save the signed form using a specific file name after recipient's organization ID or email.
Any suggestion or idea is appreciated.

To set proper expectations, currently, Box enables you to define up to 35 recipients per signature request.
You might also want to check this helpful article from our Community page:
In addition, Box sign enables you to generate reports in Excel format summarizing information about the documents you've sent for signature. You can choose to generate a report sorted either by document or by signer.
Reports include the following:
- date and time when you created each document's signature request,
- file name of each document, including its file extension,
- status of the document,
- email address from which you sent the document for signature, and
- list of email addresses belonging to the signers.
