Unknown error occurring and file cannot be converted
Box users in my organization are getting the following error when trying to print from Box:
"Job cannot be completed, An unknown error occurred and this file cannot be converted at this time. Please try later."
Our printer is working and prints everything else sent to it except for documents in Box.

I wanted to check if you are still having issue printing files in Box? If yes, can you try this on another browser or clear your browser cache and see if the same error message occur when trying to print your Box files?
