    Hi Walter,

    Welcome to the Box Community!

This would be something our Box Support team would like to investigate with you and may require specific account information.  I've gone ahead and created a ticket for you so that an agent can work directly with you on looking into this.

Hi France, I was being helped by Mika on this issue, but they upgraded it to needing a "support specialist" the last I heard from them was Friday. I've checked a few times since then but it's been almost a week of total silence from Box

II really need to get back to work - now I'm a full week behind because Box is broken. When can I expect to hear from someone about this?

Hello! I have been completely unable to use Box Drive for almost a month. The support agent said they were advancing my case to a specialist almost two weeks ago, but nobody ever contacted me again. This is pretty unacceptable. The organization I work with has the paid plan, we should be able to use Box Drive, or you should be crediting them for the time that we can't use it

We are also seeing this in our account as well and is occurring at the uninstall/reinstall juncture. Has there been ANY type of update to this?

This is also happening to our desktop app now. Has there been a fix to this situation? Is there at least a setting where we can go back to copying files.
