    They sent me an email with a link with instructions, but when I go to my personal account the necessary option to cancel isn’t shown. Would someone be able to call me?

    I need to cancel my account. I was going to use Box for a certain purpose, but it doesn't provide that capability. I just joined the day before yesterday. Please refund my $900.
